Yongji Tianma Aluminum Alloy Foundry Co., Ltd was founded in May 2003 with registered capital of ￥10.6 million. It is located in Eastern City Industrial Park. Yongji Thermoelectric Factory is on the west, and it is on the east of Shanxi Guanlv Electrolytic Aluminum Groups Yongji Subsidiary Factory which processes 200,000 tons every year. In early 2003, Mr Mafeng who is chairman of the board of Yongji Sitong Cab Co.,Ltd had abundant experience in automobile management and enough confidence in the future of the automobile industry in China after extensively investigating the market of the automobile parts, he grasped the opportunity and utilized the advantages of closed proximity to the Thermoelectric Factory and Electrolytic Aluminum Factory, and raised money more than ￥10 million Yuan to establish Yongji Tianma Aluminum Alloy Foundry Co.,Ltd,  within several months , the company completed a facility base which has a capability of producing 200 thousand automobile motor castings per year. The company has 115 employees, including 3 senior engineers, 5 engineers, 3 senior managers and 20 skilled workers.

     From the beginning, Tianma has invested more than ￥19 million fixed assets about ￥10 million included. Tianma is located on 40,000 square meter of land has 60 units area, upon which is built 5000 square meters of workshop area. The complete facilities include office buildings, dormitory, activity center for employees, garden areas, full water and electrical service. Tianma has invested ￥4 million in equipments, built two production lines for making engine intake manifolds. The company owns 30 sets of all kinds of large sized equipments, could produce 200,000 castings per year. In 2004, Tianma received the certificate of ISO9001:2000, and in the same year, the company produced three series and six types’ motor fittings for Shanxi Huaihai Motor Co.,Ltd, including 462 series, 465 series and 4Gl series. In 2005, Tianma successfully cooperated with Smith CNC to produce American V8 Aluminum intake Manifolds, to reach a volume of 150,000 yearly.

      The company maintains a high focus on the quality of products, meeting the requirement of customers. From development to full part production, Tianma Company works within its ISO9000:2000 quality control system to better manage its departments and improve its processes, Tianma engaged several experts with abundant experience in QCC and certification. Tianma has many technologists, including several members who have senior titles, several members who have middle titles also and some skilled workers in Aluminum Alloy Foundry. All employees must be trained in QCC and must pass in examination before working. At the same time, Tianma continuously strengthens its cooperation with research and development institutions, establishing a firm technology base.
